Diabetic Remoulade Sauce Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 0.75 cup)

  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grained mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons drained capers, rinsed
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, anchovy paste and cayenne in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in capers and parsley.
