Here is a pancake recipe too:
2 cups oat bran pancake mix
2 cups water (no need to use milk)
One-half cup egg beaters or other liquid egg product
2 tablespoons olive oil or other such oil
2 tablespoons of Agave syrup (or honey)
Note: Agave syrup has a lower glycemic value than honey, therefore better for the diabetic
Mix well, and let sit for a few minutes until it thickens. Then start making pancakes.
