			<description>&#60;p&#62;Some food processors use &#34;hydrolyzed proteins&#34; to enhance flavor. These hydrolized proteins contain MSG, which is the sodium salt of glutamic acid (a building block of proteins).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Since FDA does not require food processors to report MSG in their nutrition labels, you have to check ingredients section of the food packaging and see if it has any &#34;hydrolyzed proteins&#34;.
