Solutions are born out of necessities. As a Menieres disease patient I found it difficult to find low sodium foods in supermarkets, grocers, and restaurants. I realized that when I was tied to my bed with vertigo (strong dizziness) for several days, even few hundred milligrams of extra sodium intake mattered a lot. Having lived that, I decided to develop a website offering practical information on low sodium foods and recipes.

Today Eat Low Sodium is not only an informative site but also a platform where people on low sodium diets can support each other. With our presence in Facebook, Twitter and Blogger, we continue helping more people eat healthy every day.

In summary, our mission with EatLowSodium is to help you eat better and live healthier!
