Solutions are born out of necessities. As a Menieres disease patient I experienced the difficulties of finding low sodium foods in supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants for a long time. I learned that when I was tied to my bed with vertigo (strong dizziness) for several days, even few hundred milligrams of extra sodium intake mattered a lot. Having lived that, I wanted to put together a list of low sodium food products that not only Menieres, heart, or hypertension patients but also anybody who wants to eat healthier can benefit from.
My mission with this site is to help the site visitors choose healthier foods for their diets.
